Service operations · Applied AI

Make complex incidents easier to understand.

Akses Terbatas is developing an AI-assisted workspace that turns fragmented operational updates into structured timelines, open actions, and clear management summaries.

During a major incident, the facts are rarely in one place.

Updates arrive through tickets, monitoring tools, email, chat, and field reports. People spend time rebuilding the story before they can decide what to do next or explain the situation clearly.

That is the problem we want to solve.

What we are building

A calmer way to work through operational incidents.

01

Build the timeline

Bring approved updates together and organize the most important events in sequence. The aim is to reduce repeated reading and make the current situation easier to follow.

02

Find what is still open

Identify actions, owners, blockers, and dependencies that may be buried inside long operational conversations.

03

Prepare the right summary

Help teams draft a technical update, a management brief, or a customer-facing message from the same validated context.

How we expect it to work

AI helps with the reading. People remain responsible for the decision.

  1. Bring in authorized information.Only information relevant to the task should be used.
  2. Organize the operational context.Events, services, impact, actions, and dependencies are structured.
  3. Use Claude to assist the analysis.Claude is being evaluated for timeline reconstruction and audience-specific drafting.
  4. Review before anything is shared. An authorized person checks material findings and communication.

Why Claude

Operational updates are messy, contextual, and written for different audiences.

We are evaluating Claude as the reasoning and language layer for the product. The intended role is to help read multi-source updates, identify relevant facts, surface gaps, and prepare structured drafts for human review.

Where we are now: Claude API integration is part of the prototype roadmap. We will describe it as a working capability only after it has been implemented and tested.

About Akses Terbatas

Built from practical service-operations experience.

Akses Terbatas began with a problem seen repeatedly in B2B operations: technical information may be extensive, but shared understanding is still difficult to establish under pressure.

The company is being developed by Gintang Eko Prabowo, drawing on direct experience in service intervention, incident coordination, restoration tracking, customer impact, and management communication.

The goal is not to remove people from operational decisions. It is to give them a clearer starting point.

Our working principles

Use less data

Process only what is needed for an authorized task.

Show the basis

Keep source facts distinguishable from generated analysis.

Keep people accountable

Important conclusions and messages require human review.

Be honest about progress

Planned capabilities should not be presented as completed product features.
